A dancer and Master Somatic Movement Educator and Therapist (MSME/T). I support thoughtful, high-performing women who feel mentally overextended and disconnected from their bodies in rediscovering grounded presence, ease, and authentic expression.
After decades of working with body–mind integration and witnessing how insight alone often falls short, I’ve developed an experiential approach that helps women reconnect with their innate body wisdom and live with greater clarity and aliveness.
